E911 - On-Site and Remote call and email notifications. Notifies multiple endpoints of a E911 call. Meets Kari's Law Requirements (Read More). We want to cover and important aspect. Many times when a 911 call takes place, it occurs in a multi building or multi floor / location. Our IP/PBX allows E911 calls to be drilled down to building, floor, room if needed. This is particularly important to Hosted solutions as well. E911 remote notification is addressed at the end, and is often over looked as "Not Required". Although not currently required, Litecom solutions include Multiple On / Off premise call notifications, and multiple email address notifications.
Users can have complete control over their extension services as well. Limited to Hosted Solution, or if On-Prem solution, local access only.
